After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Bilkent University, she obtained her Integrated Ph.D. degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Middle East Technical University; during her doctoral studies, she expanded her academic perspective onto an international level during her time spent at the University of South Florida. In her research, she has examined leadership perception and cultural context, vocational interest measurement and career assessment, as well as the reflections of dark personality and emotional labor in corporate life, contributing to these fields through studies published in national and international journals. During her management experience in human resources and organizational development, she took part in digital learning infrastructure and training needs analysis projects; she developed assessment systems and training strategies in both the public and private sectors, and supported corporate decision-making processes through human resources analytics. This background, supported by ICF-accredited coaching certifications, combines with her field experience in personality inventories and case-based selection tools to enable organizations to see both their people and their processes with greater clarity. Actively engaged in trail and road running since 2017, Aysu views endurance not merely as a physical capacity, but as the ability to maintain pace and clarity even in the midst of boundaries. She has been supporting individuals of different levels in finding their own rhythm within the running community in Ankara, of which she has been a part since its inception.

After completing her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at Bilkent University with a full scholarship, she obtained her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Career Counseling from Ankara University. Within the scope of her graduate studies focusing on measurement and evaluation methodologies in strategic management and career development, she conducted research on competency sets that determine career paths and managerial evaluation reflexes in these processes. For over seven years in both the public and private sectors, she has taken part in large-scale talent and career development programs, the establishment of digital learning platforms, and the design of data-driven human resources processes. Bringing the broad perspective of her interdisciplinary academic background to the field, İrem approaches the development processes of organizations with both an analytical and human-centric depth, drawing on her expertise in data-driven human resources analysis and reporting. Discovering new cities and venues, and engaging with different cultures are among the key elements that enrich both her personal and professional world. Enjoying spending time with a wide circle and bringing people together, İrem does precisely that in her consulting practice: she brings together the necessary elements to meet different perspectives on common ground and to unite all potentials around a shared goal.

After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Hacettepe University, he obtained his Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same institution. He served as a visiting researcher at the University of South Florida during the 2015-2016 academic year. Adopting the 'scientist-practitioner' model, he aims to bridge theory with practice by analyzing corporate life from cultural and cross-cultural perspectives. He has taken part in projects such as establishing student development systems in university career centers and enhancing personnel selection processes in the private sector. Within the scope of his senior management roles in the public sector, he contributed to the design of evidence-based human resources policies and nation-wide workforce planning processes; in this context, he took part in the design of digital learning infrastructures, human resources inventory systems, and career counseling platforms. During the same period, he coordinated human resources management collaborations carried out with international umbrella organizations such as the OECD and the Organization of Turkic States. In his national and international research, he has extensively examined topics such as individual differences, intergenerational value differences, personality, emotional labor, and job performance. Parallel to teaching undergraduate and graduate courses for nearly 20 years, he has designed and conducted employee and management training programs for public institutions, private sector companies, and non-governmental organizations, effectively bridging academic theory with business practice. Recently, his focus has been on the psychometric measurement of cognitive capacity, competency, and personality traits as determinants of job performance. He currently coordinates various projects aimed at corporate life alongside his students and researchers from different disciplines at the Industrial and Organizational Psychology Research Laboratory (EVÖLAB) at Hacettepe University, which he founded and directs to build a bridge between academia and the business world. As a continuation of his work in both science and practice, he continues to contribute to Stranova in the role of Academic Advisor.
